Appointments, Cancellations & Payments

Appointments are by scheduled consultation only. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24-48 business hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are billed 100% of the session cost. Payment is due at the time of service, and we do not accept insurance. Superbill statements may be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Scope of Services

Services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and intramuscular (IM) ketamine therapy with integration support. IM ketamine therapy requires medical evaluation and approval before treatment. Important Note: Clients must agree to arrange for a responsible adult or rideshare (such as Uber or Lyft) to drive them home after their session. Driving independently is not permitted under any circumstances.

Emergencies & Crisis Support

This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For immediate mental health support, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or Alameda County Crisis Line at 1-800-309-2131.
