In my office, your ketamine journey is uniquely tailored to you. With a two-injection approach, we can adjust your dose in real-time—allowing either for a gentle start with a deepening booster or a stronger initial dose followed by a tapered, smaller booster. Unlike many clinics that simply administer ketamine, we provide a dedicated hour for therapy and intention setting before your session, followed by the “Golden Hour” of integration therapy, when your brain is most open to forming new, lasting patterns. This scientifically-backed approach maximizes ketamine’s healing potential, helping you create real, sustainable change.

Ketamine promotes neuronal growth and increases synaptic connectivity. As an NMDA receptor antagonist, it stimulates glutamate release, fostering new neural pathways and enhanced brain plasticity. Intramuscular (IM) ketamine has a 93-95% bioavailability, ensuring potent, predictable effects. Compare this to oral ketamine which has significantly less bioavailability (only 20-30%) due to metabolism in the liver.

We begin with a 20-minute therapeutic conversation discussing recent emotions, mood changes and then setting goals for your session; After our check-in, I will take your Blood Pressure and heart rate for protective measures.
Together, we set a personal intention for your experience and create a calm, sensory-friendly environment with curated music, comfortable eye mask and aromatherapy (if desired). You will journey on a comfortable couch with weighted blankets and comfortable pillow to support relaxation and maximize your experience

The experience begins as you lay back, relax and settle in with a soft eye mask, noise-canceling headphones, and a weighted blanket to ease your nervous system.
I personally administer two intramuscular ketamine injections—the first guides you inward and 10 minutes later, a booster shot deepens and smooths the experience. Throughout your journey, I provide medical supervision and therapeutic support as needed.

As your journey gently brings you back, you enter the Golden Hour—a rare state where your mind is open, your defenses are lowered, and your brain is in a state of heightened neuroplasticity. This is the moment when the rigid patterns of the past begin to soften, and new pathways—new thoughts, behaviors, and perspectives—can take root.
In this 50-minute integration session, we explore the insights, emotions, and imagery that surfaced during your experience, helping you make sense of what unfolded. With compassionate guidance, we work through old narratives and limiting beliefs allowing space for release and transformation. We gently anchor this experience with behavioral activations so that the wisdom gained doesn’t fade but instead translates into lasting, meaningful change.

As your session comes to a close, we take a few final moments to check in, ensuring you feel alert, grounded, and are able to walk independently. I will confirm that your assisted ride or ride-share is arranged, so you have a safe way home. When you’re ready, I will walk you to the door, where your trusted driver or ride-share will meet you, ensuring you leave feeling supported and safe.
Note: Due to Ketamine’s sedative effects, clients must arrange for a ride home with a responsible adult or a ride share service like Lyft or Uber.

After our initial 50 min Consultation, I offer a broad range of psychotherapy tailored to your needs, including integration sessions for ketamine therapy to help process unresolved trauma or challenging emotions that may surface. These sessions provide a safe, supportive space for deeper healing with the guidance of a skilled psychiatrist.
My multi-faceted approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help restructure negative thought patterns, build healthier habits and improve focus, organization and performance. I also specialize in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) to support navigating relationship challenges, strengthening communication skills, setting appropriate boundaries, and improving conflict resolution skills for healthier, more fulfilling connections.
For emotional regulation, I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you manage anxiety, impulsivity, grief, self-doubt and fear with greater resilience and self-compassion. We work together to cultivate inner calm, strength and self-regulation, so you feel grounded and empowered in the face of life’s unpredictability. I also offer deep inner work, trauma-informed therapy for PTSD symptoms including shadow work, to help you reframe self-judgment, release outdated narratives, and step into your most empowered, authentic and loving self!
